PERSONAL LOGO ANIMATION

I animated a logotype of my personal signature in a way that reflects my illustrative work. Atmosphere, liminality, and nostalgia are forefronts of my creative approach. I use this logotype on all of my illustrations and enjoyed the challenge of animating it for my digital work and personal branding. My signature is my initials but turned upside down. This gave me the idea of starting with my normal signture, but then animating it spinning upside down in After Effects. I also exaggerated the movements of the dot over the ‘j,’ giving it personality.I intend to use this animation on the header of my website, on social media and on Youtube.
